Don't miss Jan Sear's exhibition “The Docks and Locks of Merseyside”.
At Lark Lane Community Centre from Friday 23rd May – Sunday 1st June, 11am-5pm, last day this Sunday.
These paintings, mostly in oils, some acrylics, provide a haunting record of the Mersey's past life as a busy port.
Often in autumnal colours which suit their subject, these paintings are beautiful, moving and revealing, portraying hidden corners of our shoreline.
