The Meaning of Liverpool

The subject of the meeting is: 'Enabling local grassroots organisations and supporting diverse culture within the cultural regeneration of Liverpool'.

All are welcome to take part in this meeting, an opportunity to consider the regeneration of Liverpool in a discussion forum. Please send this information to anyone you feel may be interested in coming along.

It is hoped that those who came to the previous meeting will join us in reopening this forum, transferred to Hope University on this occasion. Please feel free to bring people along. A summary of the previous meeting is available for those new to the forum - click here.

Our two guest speakers are:

Jim Bennett: local published poet and educationalist, active within the community as an artist working with various local groups at the grassroots. His book The Man Who Tried To Hug Clouds is published this month.

Urban Hope is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Liverpool Hope University College with expertise in the areas of widening access, regeneration and enterprise.
