Marketing primarily the work and activity of Liverpool-based artist Nicole Bartos, the gallery will present the art of UK contemporary guest artists, focusing for a start on Liverpool and the North-West.

From the middle of March 2006 this gallery has been offering a selection of contemporary artworks and crafts for sale and hire at very reasonable prices. It also offers a local “all arts” informative mini-newsletter (including music, theatre, reviews, etc), information related to art/craft workshops and courses and a growing solo archive. The artist, of Romanian-Hungarian origins born in Romania, has been creating and exhibiting her artwork in Liverpool since 1999. She has also curated exhibitions (in Liverpool and London) for local and Eastern European artists since 2003.

For starting this business, Nicole was supported by Creative BIAS and ACID, Liverpool.

Some of her work was shown in early March at “)BracketTHIS(-Going Native” show, a very promising and innovative exhibition organised by Tomas Harold and Nathan Jones at the Arena Gallery, Liverpool.
